The cleanliness, the size of the capsule, the free filtered water dispenser, the fact that the hotel gives you a panorama card, and having a budget alternative to Swiss prices are positives. The area is a bit isolated and poorly lit at night, you can’t adjust the temperature in the capsule, the pillow is too low, there’s constant noise not from neighbors but likely the air conditioner (continuous water drips), the shower towel is small, and there’s no USB outlet near the bed to charge your phone… these are small details, but if you’ve stayed in a capsule in Japan you’ll notice them. Also, a capsule in Japan costs €30, this one is over €100 without breakfast. I wasn’t fully convinced; after further research I found hotel rooms in the city center for €50 more, so in hindsight it might have been better to spend a bit more.
