It was quiet and close to the places I needed; the beds were very comfortable, the pool was great, and the staff were friendly and accommodating, especially the bistro waiter who was very attentive to our dietary needs. The air‑conditioning in the first room didn't work properly, so we were moved to another room where it worked better but still wouldn't hold the set point; I had to adjust it manually. The coffee machine didn't work on the day we left, and I found a couple of bugs in the room—one looked like a bed bug. I hope they address this because I really liked the hotel.

We loved the balcony view and how clean the room was, but the pool felt like a “party central” and was crowded.

“My family and I had a great visit as usual!”

I've stayed here for years and they never disappoint! The cabanas used to have privacy curtains between them.
