“Outside look as a cover-up”

The outside view was nice, but mold was everywhere, especially in the pool area, and there were hidden fees. Basic essentials were missing from the room, so I had to change rooms in the middle of the night because it was hot. The AC didn’t work, and they added water to the shampoo and conditioners. There wasn’t even a decent box, only one microwave in the whole building. My shower didn’t work, and I had to wait a solid 2 ½ hours for maintenance to arrive so I could shower late at night.

It wasn’t clean at all; I literally found ants in my room eating something left on the floor.

“Comfortabele bedden, overige service niet als prettig ervaren.”

Comfortabele bedden. Geen eigen sleutel want de elektronische sloten waren defect, geen wifi, geen babybed. Zowel na maanden geleden te vragen geen reactie ontvangen. Bij check in nogmaals gevraagd, ze gingen kijken of het mogelijk was. Geen terugkoppeling meer gehad
