The place was amazing in every way—clean, comfortable, the hosts were friendly, the estate was beautiful, and the house décor was lovely. Breakfast was great, served in the courtyard with the dogs around. Nothing to complain about.

From the moment Marta and Iker welcomed us, it felt like home. The atmosphere was so relaxing, except for the birds. Marta and Iker take care of themselves as if they were family. I recommend Tondela for its beautiful nature, streams, and trails, and the dogs were very affectionate little cuties. Nothing else to add.

The owners are very warm, the rooms are very pleasant, and breakfast is divine. They suggested stopping at the Sainte‑Croix de Buçaco monastery, a beautiful forested site 40 minutes away, which was a great tip.
