The food at the Italian restaurant was outstanding, but from the pool area it looked like a prison block; a huge concrete slab that needs paint or a mural. Our first Four Seasons stay and we’re really disappointed with what we got for the cost. The pool is smaller than a postage stamp and not kid‑friendly.

The service was bad; the staff was unhelpful. The air conditioner in the room didn’t work, so it was very cold—no fan.
