The location is great. The room’s air conditioner only has 6000 BTU, but it should be 12000 BTU, so it doesn’t cool properly—something you pay for.

I booked a two‑bed room, but I got a single and then another two‑bed room, which wasn’t what I agreed to. I was charged an extra $5 for the change, even though the contract said I’d get the two‑bed room. It was a frustrating experience.

The place is well‑located and the staff are friendly. The door lock was loose, the extra beds and bath towel were very old, the shower water stayed stagnant for hours, and the electrical wiring was exposed.

The location is convenient. The room didn’t match the photo, the shower had electrical shocks, the TV was too small and hard to change channels, the AC was old and barely cooled, the attendants kept checking the door seam and asked if we were smoking when we weren’t, and they didn’t provide water, soap, or shampoo.
