The price‑quality ratio isn’t good. It might have been justified with a pool, but it wasn’t available.

The space and location are quite good. Nothing else to mention.

The house offers good accommodation conditions.

The location is excellent. The exterior is poorly maintained, only the lawn areas are kept tidy. The apartment is pleasant but already shows some maintenance issues.

Convenience and location were great, but the pool was not open.
