The room’s proximity to the kitchen, dining room, and a passageway to another wing caused several noises at night and an awkward walk to the hall.

The front‑desk staff were incredibly professional and very friendly, but the room was dirty and the building clearly needs a full renovation.

I was really disappointed with the hotel staff's attitude and the dirty dishes every day, which I've never experienced at any hotel before. Given that it was a 4-star hotel and we paid 50,000 CZK for 5 days for three people, it was absolutely terrible. The dining area was spacious, but there were only a few occupied tables, and they kept moving us from one table to another. The hotel's location was not a redeeming factor, as the service was subpar.
