“Basic verblijf”

The location was fine, but the room was basic and met only the expectations for a simple stay. Unfortunately there were several drawbacks: the parking area was not clearly marked, making it hard to find; we had to pay more upon arrival than the amount listed, and the hotel later said the overpayment would be refunded, yet we still haven’t received it. It’s disappointing that payment handling and clear information were lacking, which are essential for a pleasant stay.

“Falta cartelería en el ingreso al parking”

The accommodation was comfortable and the breakfast was good, but getting to the hotel is confusing, it’s next to a highway, everything is very dark, and the entrance isn’t well signposted.

The location is close to the airport and the breakfast is decent, but the staff were unhelpful, there was a sewage smell in the corridors and room, the carpet was worn, and overall cleanliness was poor.

The hotel is super close to the airport and the room was spacious, but the facilities were minimal; they claimed there was a playground but there wasn’t one, there was no room service, and you couldn’t bring food from the downstairs restaurant up to your room. The bar didn’t open until 7 pm.
