The location is good, but the hype is overblown and it doesn't quite deserve a spot in the GRA; some construction was happening and clearer directional signs would have helped.

Security is solid, with restricted access that requires an electronic key. The welcome was… minimal.

“it was great”

My stay at this hotel was average, with no major complaints, but I did find the pillows to be uncomfortably hard. While I didn't feel completely let down, I did think that the hotel could have done a better job in providing softer pillows for guests. The overall experience was pleasant, but the hard pillows were a notable drawback. I would have appreciated a more comfortable sleeping experience.

“The service was poor”

The hotel's location was one of its best features, making it easily accessible and convenient for exploring the surrounding area. However, my stay was marred by the hotel's subpar cleanliness, which fell short of my expectations. The facility's cleanliness issues were a major letdown, and I was disappointed by the lack of attention to detail in this area. Despite the location, the cleanliness issues made my stay less enjoyable.
