Hôtel bien placé, au coeur du quartier de Gueliz. A du charme. Les personnels sont très attentionnés et aidants. Petit-déjeuner avec des produits de qualité (super cakes .). Ce qui pourrait être amélioré : 1) mettre une poignée de maintien dans la douche qui est étroite et glissante. 2) Rendre plus facile la mise en fonctionnement ou l'arrêt des éclairages; 3) installer une climatisation qui, de fait, ne soit pas un simple ventilateur. Je signale également qu'il devient de plus en plus difficile de garer sa voiture dans l'avenue

The only positive was the location. The receptionists were very rude and mean.

The location is ideal.

The staff are very friendly and helpful, though finding a parking spot can be a bit tough at times, but we manage anyway.
