“Great hotel. Don't prepay for breakfast!”

Everything except breakfast. The receptionist Ikra was exceptionally good—always eager to help, smiling, and offering data and solutions for every request. We chose breakfast, advertised as “great breakfast,” but it was not. There is a kitchen that can prepare or provide about 10 takeaway items you can order, pay for, and eat in the lobby or your room. We were shocked to learn that “breakfast included” actually meant “order what you want from the breakfast menu and get one item free per guest.” So after paying the $15 included breakfast fee, we ordered two bagels and got $6 worth of breakfast for free. The breakfast description on Booking is completely wrong, and I urge Booking to stop selling breakfast in this hotel. Future guests—don’t buy a room+breakfast deal here. Everything else in the hotel was just perfect.

“Mi experiencia fue muy decepcionante”

1. El personal de aseo es muy amable 2. Me hicieron cortesía de no cobrarme por el perrito. Mi experiencia fue muy decepcionante. Al llegar, no encontraban mi reserva. Una de las recepcionistas latinas pasaba gran parte del tiempo usando su celular y la atención fue poco profesional, haciéndome sentir ignorado. El baño de la habitación es extremadamente pequeño. El desayuno fue un problema. El día de mi salida no me lo quisieron brindar, alegando que no estaba incluido, aun cuando les mostré mi reserva. La situación me hizo sentir incómodo, como si tuviera que insistir por algo que ya había pagado, por lo que preferí retirarme. Durante mi estadía solo recibí desayuno un día; además, es muy limitado, se sirve a la carta y las bebidas frías tienen un costo adicional. Lo único incluido sin cargo es el café. Cuando llamaba a recepción desde la habitación, nadie contestaba. Elegí este hotel porque he tenido muy buenas experiencias con esta marca en otros países, pero mi experiencia en Texas fue un desastre. No se dejen llevar por las fotos. La realidad y la calidad de la atención están muy por debajo de lo que prometen

“uncomfortable”

The AC sounded like a freight liner, and when it was off, the highway noise was even worse.

I had a great experience, loved the cleanliness and smell. It smelled fresh and new; the staff were friendly and did an amazing job—I’ll be back in the future.

The room was great, but the lobby sitting area played loud music from midnight until sunrise, which was annoying.
