We spent a wonderful week at this enchanting house in the Marche region, surrounded by stunning scenery and a beautiful garden that felt like a little slice of paradise. The house had a soul, and we loved exploring the grounds, discovering new plants, herbs, and trees, and simply enjoying the breathtaking views from the outdoor seating areas. We used the house as a base to explore the surrounding area, visiting places like Portonovo, Urbino, and Assisi, and were never disappointed.

My stay at Casa di Nonna Nuccia was truly unforgettable, with Andrea, our host, providing a warm and welcoming experience from the moment we arrived. The house is a spacious and charming country home, set within a beautiful property, with lovely grounds and stunning views. Andrea went above and beyond to make our stay special, sharing his knowledge of the local area, recommending hidden gems to visit, and even acting as a dog sitter so we could explore the local caves.

Unfortunately, my stay at this house was marred by the owner's overbearing behavior, which quickly turned what seemed like a peaceful retreat into a stressful experience. While the house itself was quiet and picturesque, with a beautiful landscape, the owner's daily checks and numerous WhatsApp messages made us feel uncomfortable and restricted. Simple tasks, like doing laundry, became a challenge due to the owner's interference, and it took pressure from a third party to resolve the issue.

I had a wonderful stay at this charming house, nestled in a beautiful setting with a spacious and comfortable garden that offered both shade and sunshine throughout the day. The house itself is a gem, with antique furniture and a unique 16th-century charm, preserved perfectly by the owner, Andrea, who checked in on us daily to ensure everything was to our liking. However, with six adults sharing the house, the single bathroom and toilet became a bit of a challenge, especially in the mornings.
