The staff—security, drivers, and others—were friendly, and the rooms were nice and clean. However, nobody spoke English, which made ordering food nearly impossible. Some facilities, like the jacuzzi, were not working, which was disappointing. Breakfast was average, but lunch was good. When we asked for help with something, the last‑minute cancellation completely disrupted our plans.

“Suite rooms are fabulous and value for money”

The foothill location was comfortable with good food, but the deluxe rooms could have been cleaner.

“A memorable stay”

I loved the hotel’s atmosphere and the balcony where we could sit and enjoy tea and drinks; the receptionist and restaurant staff were very friendly, even though we asked for a lot of room service. I wish the balcony had a Mussoorie view and that more continental main courses were offered.

“Excellent stay!!”

The suite was excellent and the food, especially the Mango Festival, was very good, but the desserts didn’t meet expectations; we ordered cheesecake and Tiramisu cake and didn’t like them.
