“Stay away”

It was close to work and the staff were nice, but the hotel feels like a residence—there were kids and even large dogs roaming. My room was filthy, sticky candy‑like residue on the phone and nightstand, dust everywhere, and the tub wasn’t resealed. I had to use Clorox wipes to clean it myself. A cracked door opened and a dog seemed to emerge, frightening me and causing me to shout and twist my foot. The place is marketed as an extended stay, yet there are no dishes or pans because guests apparently steal them. I’ll be booking elsewhere next time; I tried to save money but this motel is a no‑go. The other place a mile away isn’t much better.

“Most nasty dirty place i ever stayed at !”

Everything about the stay was awful: the room wasn’t the one I booked online, there was no TV, it looked like it had never been cleaned, no toilet paper in the bathroom, and only one pillow in a room with two beds.

The staff were helpful and the beds were comfortable, so the stay wasn’t as bad as it could have been despite many issues. There was no breakfast or coffee, the room and bathroom were not very clean, and there were no plugs for the sink and bath. When we arrived there was no chair or shower curtain, but the staff supplied them quickly when we asked. The key‑card machine was broken all the time, so we had to be let into our room by different staff members each time without being asked for ID. We couldn’t connect to Wi‑Fi on arrival, but after complaining the problem was partially fixed by the second day, though we had to use different names and room numbers to access the network.

I drove 7 hours after double‑checking the website and screenshots that the room I booked was available at 18, only to be turned away because I’m not 21, and the place even smelled like weed.
