The staff were friendly and the room was spacious, yet breakfast was very basic. The bus schedule was tight and not very flexible; it would have helped if there were more options. We only discovered the town shuttle was just 10 m away from the accommodation on the last day.

I got good service, but the room felt a bit old and there was no elevator, so moving luggage was a hassle.

The staff were very helpful and the place was lovely. The dryer was slow, taking about two hours to finish drying clothes.

The shuttle and proximity to the ski resort were positives, but the staff treated us like a nuisance and seemed to be interrupted by us. Breakfast was a child’s portion and sometimes the menu didn’t suit everyone, like oat pancakes. The walls were paper-thin; we could hear everything from the hallway to the next room, and someone knocked on our door at 10 pm to complain our TV was too loud (volume 16). Towels were old, thin, and not even in our room; I had to request fresh ones, and bugs were everywhere in the hotel.
