The amenities were clean, the owner very professional, the breakfast great, and the driver (Mada) super nice and helpful; nothing in particular to criticize.

The room was spacious and well‑furnished with plenty of storage, making it very comfortable for a multi‑day stay. The house had a large terrace with two hammocks, which could be ideal for yoga, but it was too dusty when we were there. The owner was very responsive via message. The bathroom could use a small refresh, and the terrace could be arranged with small rest areas—there’s so much space for that! The location is far from Old Hampi and its monuments; you have to take a tuk‑tuk or bikes (which is pleasant but physically tough in the hot season).
