“다낭 무엉탄 생각하고 잡았는데, 실망”

The hotel is close to the airport and has great restaurants behind it, but the breakfast was terrible, especially compared to Da Nang; on the first night there were live ants and bugs on the bed sheets, the hot water didn't come out, and the facilities are very outdated.

“Luxury hotel just name as baby seat at breakfast restaurant so dirty and old with zero management at breakfast you can’t”

Location perfect but management zero 0️⃣ there is no air conditioning or fan in elevator or hotel corridors so hot for breakfast look like market if you go late no drink no food very very bad as hotel contract with tourism company they don’t care anymore for private guess. Breakfast horrible as no one managed if you go a bit late no more food and all tables after someone eat no one to clean it staff they don’t care even you call them they don’t care with zero English .I have horrible experience with breakfast and management of that hotel

The staff was nice. The hotel is close to the beach, the night market, and a supermarket. The room and bathroom were dirty with stains that probably weren’t easy to remove, so staying in that room was uncomfortable. There was no AC in the elevator or lobby, so it was quite hot while waiting. Breakfast was okay. Some days were better than others.
