The location was spot on for what I needed at that time, but the place wasn’t clean.
The room was super cozy, the interiors were lovely, and everything was spotless—definitely coming back.
The spot and the unit’s look were really appealing, but the lack of proper cleaning and maintenance ruined the stay. In the kitchen, we spotted tiny cockroaches, even in the utensils, and plastic was left at the back of the fridge. The bathroom had a loose, leaking sink faucet and another leak beneath it, plus a leaking bidet. When we got there, goggles were lying on the floor, suggesting the unit hadn’t been fully checked before guests arrived. In the bedroom, the sheets were not very clean, and one blanket smelled unpleasant. These issues should be tackled by the cleaning and maintenance crew; it’s a shame such a nice unit falls short because of them, especially with its good ratings.

Everything was great: the process was excellent, and they met us in person. The two‑bedroom, one‑bathroom layout plus kitchen, living room, and dining area comfortably fit our five adults. The place had shampoo, toothpaste with a toothbrush, soap, towels, linen, and a big TV screen with Netflix, YouTube, and more. The air‑conditioning worked well throughout. It was very clean and immaculate. Near Manila Airport, in ParAñaque close to SM Sucat and SM ParAñaque, the Atherton Condos/Apartments are gorgeous high‑rise buildings with breathtaking views, a lobby, 24/7 guards, concierge, and a parking lot attendant. We’ll stay again and highly recommend it. Restaurants are just outside the gate.
