The hotel’s location was fantastic, though a steep walk led to the city centre. The staff were wonderful and the food was excellent.
The location is quiet and the staff are very friendly. The balcony in room 102 is not separated and the floor is worse; the carpet there is a slip hazard (very slippery), which is dangerous.
“Potentieel goed maar dan moet er wel iets veranderen.”
The staff are neutral. The bed was very bad. I asked for a different room. There was no air‑con, but when you opened the window you could hear the cooling units very loudly, so you had to keep the window closed with 30+ degrees. The description mentioned a gym, but it only had a treadmill that didn't work and a bike that …
