Condo with Free Swimming Pool & Viewing Deck

“I will not recommend this unit.”

It took us three hours to locate the place because there was no name on the property and the address was wrong. Reaching the owner or manager was tough; eventually someone responded and asked for a local number. Both units (667 B and 2149) we rented were dirty. The water heater didn’t work, the microwave in 667 B was broken, there weren’t enough towels, the pool was under construction, the blankets were not fully dry and smelled, and a fixture in the 667 B bathroom was broken. There was no view from the room as advertised, and the observation deck on the 23rd floor was locked.

“Unit 2149 Cityland Tagaytay Prime Residence. Thank you... This will be the last time to stay here...”

Nothing about the room unit stay for a night. The day we stayed is the birthday of my son. 1. the floor is sticky. 2. There no water in the lavatory faucet, pail & tabo is provided instead. 3. Low or few water comes out to the faucet of kitchen sink. 4. Cannot use the shower as the water was so low pressure. 5. Bedroom Lights at the ceiling are busted. 6. The unit owner will ask you to send her 1000pesos through her GCASH number as a deposit before your stay but WILL NOT RETURN THE MONEY, even numerous times to message her your gcash info and demand to return the deposited money. (I'll removed this comment if she return it). 7. Total cost of stay is around 2900pesos, including the 1k that was not returned. 👎👎👎

I was really let down; the internet was terrible, the bedding—especially the blanket—looked old, there was no nice view, the host seemed unfriendly, and the bathroom had a bad smell.

The free Wi‑Fi turned out to be just a prepaid network that barely worked, and the mobile signal inside the room was awful; given the price, I would have chosen a different room.

“Dissapointed. We will not book to this property next time.”

The place is reachable from all restaurants and nearby tourist spots, but the accommodation was disappointing: the room and facilities, including the "tabo" and water glasses, were dirty; the shower pressure was weak; only two towels were supplied for three guests, and the staff’s explanation conflicted with the guard’s confirmation that we were three people; the staff claimed the other towels were used by other guests and that we were not guests; the floor was sticky and unpleasant to walk on; and the Wi‑Fi speed was inadequate.
