The Seal, a family‑run pub‑hotel on England’s south coast, sits a ten‑minute stroll from Selsey’s sandy beaches. Its modern, sound‑proof rooms feature flat‑screen TVs, tea and coffee makers, free Wi‑Fi, and on‑site parking. The restaurant serves award‑winning ales, home‑cooked meals, a children’s menu, and chef’s specials. Breakfast is available daily for an extra fee. The venue is a 20‑minute drive to Chichester and 20 miles from Bignor Roman Villa.

The Greta Room was quiet and comfortable, and the hosts were great.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, but the Uht milk was insufficient for two people.

The booking was straightforward, the room was compact yet spotless and fully equipped, the staff explained the air‑con, the bed was comfy, and it was really quiet—nothing to dislike.
