The location is great. The breakfast could be better.

The room is small but functional, and the lady who welcomed us was very kind. Plus, it’s right in the city centre.

It sits in the heart of the city. The water pressure was weak, hot water came and went, the building has stairs, the reception is in the adjacent hotel degli affreschi, we weren’t told about the Wi‑Fi, the normal line didn’t work all night, there was no bar fridge and no clothes hangers.

The location is excellent. The owner and staff are friendly and attentive to guests. I would add fresh fruit and nuts to the yogurt for the breakfast.
