The place was clean and in a good spot, but I was disappointed that the free parking area was hard to find and no staff were around to ask for directions, so I had to park in a paid lot a bit farther away.

They didn't provide towels or a hairdryer.

Even though it was a dorm, the bed area was spacious and comfortable.

The onsen was amazing, the staff were friendly, and the location was great, but the room was a shared one instead of a private studio as advertised, and the mattress was hard and thin.
