The owners were very attentive, friendly, and ready to help with anything. Everything was extremely clean! The only downside is the location of the pension, but that might just be a personal perception.

We booked two single rooms and one quadruple. The rooms looked better than the photos. The room and bathroom were very clean, with a fridge stocked with water bottles for each guest, soap and shampoo in the bathroom, clean towels, and a coffee and tea set with an electric kettle in the room. No neighbors were audible. The price was good for the quality, the ladies were very kind, and their care for guests was evident. The room keys had a remote that opened the parking gate, which was a nice convenience. We could pay by card. The parking was generous, and the location was a 15‑minute walk from the center’s restaurants. Among the few Romanian accommodations that truly deserve their rating. Some details: the glass door to the bathroom in room 4 rattles when opened at night, waking the other occupants; it needs to be pushed and then opened to avoid noise. The shower in room 4 has many heads up and to the side, and the top head drips slightly. Adjusting the water temperature was difficult, but hot water arrived quickly. We found two mugs in the coffee set even though there were three people in the room. The beds were short, about 190 cm; I’m tall and had my toes hanging off the edge. So we ended up with a short bed in Câmpulung.

The place was spotless and the staff were incredibly helpful, but the shower cabin is too small and anyone over 90 kg will struggle to fit in.

The rooms were gorgeous, immaculate and tidy, and the air‑conditioning worked great; the hosts were exceptionally friendly and kind, a rarity that made us feel truly at home. Unfortunately, the locals gather right across from the property in the evenings, creating significant noise that the hotel cannot control.
