“Dreckig”
Good location, but everything is extremely dirty and outdated, barely anything works. The beds are ancient, the bathrooms are unclean, the kitchen is sparsely equipped and dirty everywhere, and the dishwasher is stuck with tape.
“Establecimiento muy correcto”
The spot is well‑situated and offers good value for money, just a five‑minute walk to the train station that takes you into Oslo’s center.
The location is great and we slept comfortably; check‑in was easy because it’s by code. The house is lovely and the stay was pleasant. The noise from the other rooms is quite loud.
“Oké”
The location was great—you could catch a train straight into the city center. I had imagined staying in a house that might still have a spare room for rent, but instead there were a lot of rooms and you had to share one shower. The room also lacked a mirror and there wasn’t much extra storage space.
The house is very cute and the two guys running it were very friendly and welcoming. The kitchen is large and the common areas let you mingle. The beds are very comfortable. There’s a metro stop five minutes on foot. It’s more of a “shared house” than a luxury chalet. The pool is usable, but when we went down the area was colder than the rest, so we didn’t feel like jumping in. The shared bathroom could use better cleaning.
