“very good”
Everything was clean and the location was convenient for all my needs.
The accommodation was nice, though the shower was hot and the room could use more cleaning; I also spotted cockroaches.
“Need more improvement.”
The hotel is relatively cheap and the staff were friendly and helpful, but there was a mold smell. The toilet bowl lacked a guard and cover, so the butt touches the water when you sit. The soap and shampoo were too little. The TV didn’t work and the internet was weak, especially in the room. Only half of the deposit was returned; I’m still owed 500 pesos. There were no cabinets or shelves to store things.
“If you are fair pension house, this might be an okay option. But, they can do better.”
The place is easy to reach, but the room was poorly cleaned with cobwebs, sediment in the toilet water, unglued floor tiles, and uneven stairs that felt unsafe.
“Nightmare”
I didn’t find anything I liked, probably because it’s a cheap hotel. You literally get what you pay for. The whole building smelled musty, as if it hadn’t been cleaned in a while. They claimed their cook had quit, so breakfast wasn’t available. The refrigerator had no adapter, so I couldn’t plug it in. We were given a room on the 3rd floor but they didn’t help us lift our 4 suitcases; they said they were short‑staffed. No refunds were offered. I had booked a 5‑day stay but left after the 2nd day because I was unhappy; they told me the 3 days I had paid for were non‑refundable. The showers were filthy, with no water in the morning and clogged drains that flooded the bathroom with dirty water. There was no toilet paper, toiletries, or silverware. It felt unsafe. I was missing blankets, and when I asked for one, they said it would cost extra. There was no hairdryer, no cable TV, and I had to log into my own Netflix account to watch anything or use YouTube as a guest. There was absolutely no customer service. The building had no elevator, so if you’re on a higher floor you have to carry your luggage up the stairs. There was no safe for valuables, adding to the feeling of insecurity. When I checked out, the two bellboys stared at me as I carried my 4 suitcases downstairs and didn’t offer any help. Don’t even think about booking here— it’s a living nightmare. Reddoorz in hell.
