The spot is great, and the guy who welcomed us was very friendly. We couldn't watch the smart TV because the Wi‑Fi password listed was incorrect.

Nothing was good. They charged a lot because they didn't have change, the bed wasn't a proper bed, they lied about when it would be fixed, and there was a lot of black mold in the bathroom.

The sheets were dirty, ants and lice were found on the pillows, the bathroom was a horrible vomit mess. I had to leave, grabbed my bags, looked for someone in person, but no one was there, and I had to wait half an hour for someone to give me a room number and keys.

TERRIBLE. The homeless guys and a guest with the same issues earlier helped us more than their customer service. I tried to check in at 8 PM.
