“Will never opt for it for such a huge amount”

The staff at this hotel were really helpful, which was a big plus. However, the room itself was a bit of a letdown - it was just okay, and there was no table, cupboard, or chairs. They did provide a kettle after I asked, but that was about it. The entrance was also a bit of a trek from the main road, and overall, I wouldn't say this place is worth the three-star rating it claims.

“Need improvement on housekeeping”

The staff member Jasmine was friendly and welcoming, which was a nice touch. However, the room itself was a different story - it was dirty, with old and dirty pillow and bed sheets. The floor mats hadn't been cleaned or changed at all, and the facilities were pretty poor. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.

The hotel's location was perfect, right in the heart of the city, but unfortunately, the building itself was a bit of a letdown. The lobby was small and cramped, and the elevators were slow. Still, it was a great base to explore from.

What really stood out about this place was the staff - they were super friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. The only downside was the room itself, which was a bit of a box with no window, making it feel a bit claustrophobic.
