“It was overall good!”

The team was the highlight, especially Jim who was incredibly helpful. The room was fine, but we barely used it, so size didn’t matter. The room felt a bit dirty; I had to clean the AC filter (it was filthy), dust on the fridge top and under the microwave, and the whole family was sneezing until I scrubbed everything. Jim swapped the mattress for us because it was hollow in the middle; the beds really need new ones.

“We booked for 2 days and left after the 1 one”

The location and staff were good, but everything else was overpriced, gross, outdated, and the mattresses should have been replaced years ago.

The building and rooms clearly need repairs and maintenance; the owners should invest in that. Still, the beds and pillows were comfy, the staff were super friendly, and the housekeeping crew was great.

“Came up for a night to see a show and the location was perfect.”

The place is in a great spot, the staff are super friendly, the rooms are a good size with all the amenities, and parking is available. The shower pressure was a bit slow and the drain didn’t clear; we could hear people talking outside our door. Nothing that would stop me from staying again.
