The atmosphere felt like the Wild West, but there was only a small breakfast selection and no buffet; dinner was the same.

The rooms were big, spotless and the bathroom and wash area were immaculate, with furniture that made sense and was handy. Unfortunately the breakfast left a lot to be desired – just plain black bread, no cheese or muesli, and the coffee was served cold. The price only covered a single cup of coffee, which felt cheap.

The hotel itself was okay, but the whole rainbow‑warrior theme felt off‑kilter and took away from the stay.

My room was clean, roomy and decorated in a fun saloon style, which I liked a lot. The only hassle was the check‑in process – we had to go through a gambling registration because the rooms are only accessed via the casino, which took ages.
