The room was spacious, but the owner was rude and the customer service was terrible.

For me, it’s the best spot in Koh Tao—comfortable, great location, and exceptional service. I’ll definitely return.

The location was very good, everything within walking distance, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The animals were a problem.

The accommodation’s location was nice and very central. The air‑conditioning worked well, and there was a large balcony. A big mirror was also present, which I liked. The bathroom was a disappointment: it had a lot of mould, the shower was old and produced little water, and the overall water pressure was low. The curtains had many stains, which I found unhygienic, and the same went for the bed. The bed had a fleece blanket instead of a duvet, which we also found unpleasant.
