The property looks gorgeous and the staff are friendly and welcoming; the suite we stayed in had plenty of space, a living room, and a small kitchen, plus a heated pool, restaurants, and a spa, and the breakfast was excellent. The pizza was a bit disappointing, but everything else was great, so I recommend Samira.

The place is pretty nice with lush greenery and the staff were very friendly, but the parking space is tiny and the pool isn’t heated enough.

Some staff members were spot on while others needed more experience or training, and I definitely recommend the spot treatments—they were awesome; however, the room had a sewer smell, the restroom and rooms need better ventilation, and screens should be installed on all windows so guests can enjoy fresh air. If only the room smelled like the Spa, the experience would have been different. The place itself needs an update: the shower and sinks weren’t working properly, and when you book a room for four adults you expect enough toiletries, towels, and amenities for four people, not just two. Otherwise I wouldn’t have had to call the front desk for everything we needed. At checkout I was asked whether we wanted any activities for the kids; I told them we would if we had known there were any, but the check‑in staff didn’t inform us about any kid activities. The facility also needs better access for PWD customers.

The resort feels like a resort, the pool is clean, the staff are friendly, and the breakfast options are delicious.
