“Dirty.”
The room was rundown and looked low maintenance; there were also wood roaches and spiders near the coffee maker. The shower had no space and the restroom was rundown.

I stayed near my office, which was convenient, but the shower left something to be desired.

The hotel was a great spot to unwind, though the door knob felt very worn and loose.

The staff were super friendly and made the check-in process a breeze. But, to be honest, the area around the hotel was a bit of a letdown - it was pretty dimly lit at night, which made it feel a bit deserted.
