Set in a stunning location with a beautiful pool and perfectly clean accommodation. The owner was beyond helpful and answered every question we had really quickly, which put us at ease when travelling overseas in a region we’d never visited before. Nothing - it was perfect!

“Wonderful Tuscany farm apartment surrounded by grape and olive groves and beautiful nearby villages.”

Borgo Poneta is a beautiful active wine and olive oil farm. Our apartment was one of 3 or 4 on the property. The apartment included an entrance foyer, fully stocked kitchen with a kitchen table, 2 good sized bedrooms and an outdoor patio exclusively for our use. The property also had a wonderful pool with views of the surrounding countryside. There is a washing machine in the main building, we used the supplied drying rack for drying. There is ample parking and a barbecue on site which we did not use but was used by other guests. The receptionist was very responsive to emails and did not have any issues with us arriving earlier than planned. The surrounding countryside is magnificent with many beautiful villages and lots of excellent restaurants. I can recommend Osteria l'Antica Quercia which is relatively close, has excellent local Italian food served on a medium sized patio with great views. I knew, and accepted, that the apartment did not have air conditioning. It would have been nice as we were there during a heat wave. However, a fan was provided in each bedroom and, when combined with open windows and a slight nighttime breeze sleeping was not an issue. The pool was also helpful

I stayed at a rural farm with a stunning pool overlooking the valley, where the sunsets were gorgeous. The bed was super comfy, and the whole Tuscan farm vibe was just perfect. Eva was incredibly kind and accommodating, and I’d return in a heartbeat.
