Nice hotel close to the Arizona Trail, making it a solid spot for backpackers. The staff were very helpful and kind.

Location was great—everything in Flagstaff was close. The facilities were also nice. Our only complaint was that we liked the minimalist interior design. Everything else was fantastic.

Everything was perfect. The staff were very friendly. The facility looked clean and well maintained. I loved how big and clean the rooms were. There were no coffee pots in the room, but that’s fine with me. They offered free coffee in the lobby and fresh baked cookies. Nothing else to mention. It was an excellent experience and we would stay there again.

“Excellent place to stay!”

I’ve never stayed in a high‑end hotel before, but I imagined it would be like this! Everything was perfect. The room was big, clean, quiet, and comfortable. The staff were great. I’ll stay here every time I’m in Flagstaff. Nothing to add.

“It worked for a one night stay.”

The spot was convenient for me, and the front‑desk clerk was helpful, but I could hear a fight in the adjoining room and the hallway was noisy.
