The location was good and the whole hotel area was well maintained and beautiful; the room was spacious and clean. For the price, we expected a more varied breakfast, and the service staff seemed unmotivated.

The place was clean, especially near the beach. The dinner cost extra for the water.

Petit marché et take away à proximité.

Everything was newly renovated. We had a multi‑course dinner menu one evening and the vegan options were partly prepared separately for breakfast. The pools were lovely for swimming. At check‑in we were asked to show our marriage certificate right away and were reminded again (we had listed honeymoon). Since we had married on La Digue a few days earlier, we didn’t have a certificate yet – it had to be notarised – so we received it in Mahe instead. It was very windy and the beach was full of algae; the property can’t control that, but it’s worth mentioning.

The room was wonderful, with a beautiful design, a great bed, and a lovely balcony view. The lobby was stunning and we were greeted with a tasty welcome drink. The food was excellent and they accommodated our vegan needs perfectly, especially after speaking directly with the head chef. The location is very good, and the pool area with sun loungers was fantastic. The overall ambience was fantastic.
