I liked it, though it feels a bit remote. The carpet in the rooms is very old and doesn’t clean well, leaving a slight dinginess even after cleaning.

“Excellent stay for short trip in Shenzhen!”

I had a fantastic stay! Arriving early let me drop my bags before checking in later, and the hotel’s proximity to Hubei station made it easy to reach Futian and Huaqiangbei by metro; they also offered complimentary vouchers for the lobby cafe. No major complaints, just felt the breakfast selection was a little limited but still a good overall experience.

The staff were friendly and the rooms modern, with a varied breakfast that caters well to Asian tastes; free washing machines were available for self‑service and the foreign registration process went smoothly. Some parts felt a bit worn and the breakfast lacked a few European options.

“Very good”

Location is amazing, staff is very friendly and hotel is good. Only thing is that it smells like someone smoked in the the room before although the room is non smoking
