London Marriott Hotel Grosvenor Square

The room was extremely dirty, with stains on the wall that were quite concerning, and the smell wasn’t great either. Some of the pictures on the platform don’t match the facilities advertised, especially the bathroom.

“If it was cheaper I would stay there again but love the location”

The staff were great and more than happy to check us in early. The price was a negative point.

The hotel staff were exceptionally professional—trustworthy, friendly, helpful, and competent! The hotel is located on a side street of Oxford Street, close to Bond Street tube and the Park at Grosvenor Square, just 2 minutes away. The food quality at Gordon Ramsay Bar & Grill is superb. I stayed another 6 nights at the hotel afterward. Unfortunately, the fitness center was closed and there was no makeup mirror in the bathroom.

“Amazing”

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well‑maintained, and the overall atmosphere was very pleasant. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. The location was also convenient, making it easy to get around. Overall, I really enjoyed my experience and would definitely consider staying here again.

“رائعه وسوف أعيدها بأذن الله”

The location was great, the bed was comfortable, the M club was very good, the hotel is family‑friendly, and my room had a view of the garden. The price is excessive and there is no sound insulation—all sounds can be heard.
