The welcome, the staff overall, the room and bathroom (nice shower very pleasant to use), the breakfast (fantastic), the hotel’s quietness, the cleanliness, and the restaurant. Nothing to complain about. Very pleasant place. Nice encounter.

Quiet, location. The breakfast lacked protein (eggs, cheese, ham).

The owners were exceptionally kind, welcoming me and explaining how to check in late; the staff were all smiling. The room was small but very clean (not a suite, but sufficient), with a TV, shower, and toilet.
