The room was clean, the amenities were great, and the bedroom was both comfortable and spacious. The pillows, however, were far too soft for my taste.

“5star delivery that felt like home!!”

Wow!!! This hotel offers everything and more, far surpassing my expectations. In fact, it could show many 4‑star and 5‑star hotels how to do it right. The staff tried to speak English or used an AI translator to help. Breakfast was phenomenal, with everything you could ask for. The room was sensational, boasting the best bathroom layout I’ve ever seen. The bed was very comfortable and came with all the necessary amenities. It was nice to walk around outside, and the hotel was easy to find and return to. I didn’t know how to use the TV, which was a blessing because I didn’t spend much time there!

This hotel's location in the northern part of the city proved to be a convenient choice for our work-related travels north, but it may not be ideal for exploring central Hangzhou. The hotel's restaurant stood out for its exceptional quality, while communication with staff posed a minor challenge due to language barriers. Overall, the staff's helpfulness made up for this issue.
