Nothing positive. The room was dirty, the unbearable cigarette smell persisted even with the window open, the ashtray was full of cigarette butts upon arrival, the wallpaper was torn, the walls were stained, the bathroom was filthy, the sheets were too small to cover the mattress, and the front desk ignored these complaints. Breakfast was a mockery of the hotel’s image; it was a shame. We had to leave the hotel early and received no refund. Very disappointed.

Everything was very beautiful. The room had everything needed and breakfast was good. I have nothing to comment on.

Location, staff, food. The English speakers were weak.

The breakfast was good and the apartment itself was big and comfortable, but the AC in one bedroom behaved oddly. It didn’t bother us because it wasn’t too hot, and the other bedroom’s AC cooled the whole place. The safe deposit box wasn’t working and the front desk couldn’t fix it quickly.
