The location was good and the building looked nice. The front‑desk lady was professional and kind, and she quoted me the $79 rate I had chosen. I had mistakenly booked the wrong dates and didn’t notice until I was at the front desk; I kept toggling between dates during booking, and the system kept switching back to Thursday and Friday instead of Friday and Saturday. I finally selected the correct dates, but it appears the system reverted to the wrong ones. A refund would be appreciated because I paid $79 to Motel Six and lost that amount. The staff are difficult to reach when trying to resolve a refund. What disappointed me was the cleanliness: dog hair was on the bathroom door, a wet mat was in the bathroom, pubic hair was in the soap dish and around the tub, and the shower walls were dirty.

The room had a strong bed odor.

A bed bug was in the bed and smelled terrible; I had to walk to a convenience store just to buy spray to reduce the odor, which was barely better than a typical budget hotel.
