The staff were helpful, but the hotel was far away and the rooms were old.

I booked a brand‑new room for the first time and it was perfect – clean, beautiful, and the staff were enthusiastic and sweet. Being close to the city centre made it easy to get around and find food. Breakfast was varied, especially the fish noodle dish with a tasty broth, and the Hue salty coffee was strong. I’ll tell friends about it and will definitely come back to Hue next time.
