“great hotel and fantastic staff”

Breakfast was very good and the location was great, but the mattress felt very firm.

The location was great with plenty of parking, the staff were friendly and helpful, the food was fantastic with generous portions and reasonable prices, the room was clean and comfortable though a bit warm, the ensuite only had a shower with a powerful jet – I’d prefer a bath – and the towels were big and fluffy. A fan would have been helpful, and the room was compact but had everything we needed.

“Excellent hotel and just needs to focus a little on the details that make customers totally happy.”

Breakfast was very good but could use a little improvement: the requested fried egg was ready to run away and the white bread toast arrived as brown bread – small details that matter. Everything else was fine, the room was very nice with great views but it was a trek to get there because there is no lift; the staff helped carry our luggage up and down.
