The location and the building are lovely, but the air conditioning was set too warm and the room wasn’t cleaned daily.

The décor is gorgeous, and Raffaella was a genuinely kind, helpful, and generous host who went out of her way to book restaurants and taxis, making the experience truly special ❤️
