The booked room was not available, nobody was there, but the money was still charged.
Nothing. From the start it was terrible. I booked for one adult and two children. No email replies and the phone answer was very annoying. We arrived on time as agreed. Because I had children, especially one very young, I had to be accompanied by my husband who then had to leave because he had to work. After we were settled and I tried to settle the children, the elderly gentleman kept knocking on the door, literally shoving my husband out. Even though we explained the situation and offered to pay extra for the time needed to settle the children, with shouting and crying terrorizing my very small son, we left. The place was not clean, the bathroom was shared, definitely not hygienic, and not welcoming. The treatment was awful.
It’s a bit far from the city center, yet finding a parking spot for your car is straightforward.

The hotel is close to the docks and the bathrooms are clean, but the bathroom is outside the room.
