Budgetel Inn and Suites Glenwood

The location was excellent.

We didn’t stay because the rooms smelled awful, and we weren’t refunded even though the cancellation policy promised it; the booking platform didn’t do much either.

“It’s cheap, but we should have spent $40 more and stayed elsewhere.”

It was inexpensive, but the staff were untrained, roaches were in the room, the TV was broken, everyone was smoking weed, and there was no breakfast.

The room lacked a microwave, a refrigerator, and an ice machine.

I loved it, and there was nothing to complain about.
