The hotel was perfect—nothing to say. The beach, varied food, nonstop entertainment and activities were all great.

The breakfast and buffet were very good, the staff were friendly, the areas were spacious so we never had trouble finding a seat or waiting to eat, the pools were fine, beach access was excellent with hotel loungers under palm shade, the beds were comfortable and I loved the shower, but I was surprised that the building blocks containing the rooms had no visible elevator (or any signage), which could be an issue for guests with mobility problems, and I also dislike how pool loungers are reserved from 6:30 am—a practice I’ve seen with British visitors and in Spain—but we never struggled to find a spot, so my complaint is more about the rudeness of others than the hotel; additionally, reserving a table at the Japanese restaurant was impossible when we tried right after arrival, and during our four‑night stay we never managed to dine there.

Everything is included in the all‑inclusive package. The reception staff were extremely rude about paying in cash and made us panic, struggling to figure out how to get money from the bank, and even threatened to cancel our stay. After we pleaded and begged, they finally let us pay, which made us even more angry that they could have handled it from the start. It seemed they didn’t want to do their job and would rather leave us stranded on the island of Sal.
