The room was fantastic, and the staff were always on hand to help with anything we needed. They were attentive and friendly, making our stay all the more enjoyable.

We had a fantastic stay at Northway hotel, thanks to the friendly receptionists and the tastefully furnished, immaculately clean room. The location is great too, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. We were even allowed to store our luggage for free, which was a nice touch. The pictures on their website really do show what to expect.

Overall, our stay was okay, but there were a few issues. The staff at reception were a bit gruff, especially when I was checking out. Check-in was fine, but the food spread was pretty limited - no dosa, which was a disappointment. And the person at the counter didn't even bother to acknowledge me.
